The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary teacher who will help us deliver high-quality Health and Physical Education programs from Year 1 to Year 6. This role offers the opportunity to inspire students to build physical confidence, healthy habits, and teamwork skills that last a lifetime.
We are looking for an individual who can bring our school’s vision - "We grow stronger together" - to life, and embrace our mission of cultivating collaborative, critical, and creative thinkers through inclusive education and teaching excellence.
The successful applicant will ideally demonstrate expertise in delivering engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate physical education lessons, with knowledge of the KIDDO Program. They will be coordinating school sporting events and interschool teams, actively participating in the Great Southern Combined Schools Network. A strong commitment to promoting student health, wellbeing, and physical literacy across all year levels is highly regarded. The successful applicant will ideally be a collaborative team player who contributes positively to school culture, reflects on their practice, and uses data to enhance teaching and learning. They will support whole-school approaches, including explicit teaching, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and evidence-based programs, while fostering strong relationships with students, staff, and the wider community.
