Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Legislation and Awards
Consultant
This is a Pool Recruitment for Permanent Fuill Time and Fixed
Term Full Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s)
and/or permanency.
As a member of Assurance Compliance and Analytics, you will be
responsible for:
- Providing expert advice on the key implications of new
Industrial Instruments applicable to WA health employees and
recommends strategies to successfully implement
Agreements.
- Leading and managing configuration to HR systems and
processes in line with changes to policy, industrial
instruments, taxation and superannuation legislation.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of all industrial
instruments, taxation and superannuation legislation and
monitors their administration by Payroll Operations.
