The Role
Falcon PS educators use data and high impact teaching strategies to progress student learning and achievement. Competitive applicants should display proven success using the explicit teaching model and be data driven in the plan-teach-assess cycle. The learning environment you create should reflect a caring, engaging, challenging, and differentiated classroom to cater for our diverse clientele. Experience in implementing Talk for Writing, DIBELS, Engagement Norms, Daily Review and Lesson Design would be highly regarded. We are actively seeking ECE teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.
