We are seeking to establish a pool of Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026.  Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Falcon PS educators use data and high impact teaching strategies to progress student learning and achievement. Competitive applicants should display proven success using the explicit teaching model and be data driven in the plan-teach-assess cycle. The learning environment you create should reflect a caring, engaging, challenging, and differentiated classroom to cater for our diverse clientele. Experience in implementing Talk for Writing, DIBELS, Engagement Norms, Daily Review and Lesson Design would be highly regarded. We are actively seeking ECE teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As an ECE teacher, you would promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset, while nurturing students' social and emotional development.

Suitable applicants will ideally exhibit exemplary teaching skills, with a strong motivation to excel, and a commitment to delivering best practices. The capacity to excel in an environment characterised by whole-school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth is highly valued.
