About Capability and Performance

The Office of the Deputy Director General — Capability and Performance provides executive and administrative support to the Deputy Director General. The Capability and Performance portfolio includes:

About the role

We are looking for a smart, organised and accomplished communicator to join our Finance Procurement and Payroll team. The role will provide confidential, efficient and effective administrative executive support to assist Senior Management and Chief Finance Officer.

DLGSC is seeking to establish a pool of Executive Assistant for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made as vacancies arise over the next twelve months from the initial date of appointment from this pool.

We have one permanent, full time (75hrs p/f) position available.

Suitable applicants should possess:

  • Skilled in using variety of computer applications to manage electronic diaries
  • Competent in teams application, record management with the knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Preparing and tracking correspondence, minutes, briefing notes and completing human resource and financial accounts processes.

The role is fast-paced and often involves managing competing priorities. If your communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build strong and trusted working relationships with our leadership team, then we would like to hear from you.
