
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As one of the first points of contact for our school community, the School Officer plays a key role in fostering positive relationships with students, parents/guardians, staff, and the wider community. Suitable applicants will ideally display exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to high-quality customer service, and a passion for supporting the daily operations of the school.
Key responsibilities include welcoming and assisting all visitors and callers, responding to general enquiries with accurate and timely information, and supporting a range of administrative tasks including producing the school newsletter, drafting correspondence, maintaining student records, and managing facilities.
Suitable applicants will ideally be highly organised, team-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines in a busy environment. Strong oral and written communication skills are highly desirable, along with attention to detail for tasks such as data entry, processing enrolments, and receipting payments for contributions and charges.
Experience in operating a range of software packages, particularly databases and word processing and a knowledge of the Student Information System (SIS), Passtab, QKR is highly desirable.
