The Role
Our Manager Corporate Services (MCS) leads the financial, physical, and human resources across our school. Reporting directly to the principal, the MCS also manages support staff. The MCS is a critical member of the executive leadership team.
The successful applicant may be expected to take part in committees, ensure administrative processes are compliant with relevant legislation and Department guidelines, manage staff performance, and monitor leave entitlements to ensure leave is being used in a reasonable timeframe.
A high degree of interpersonal acumen is highly desirable as you lead and inspire our support staff to be their best self.
