The Role
We are actively seeking Mathematics Teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.
The suitable applicants should have high expectations, display a commitment to excellence, use a range of pedagogies and have the ability to establish and maintain a positive classroom learning environment. They should be flexible and adaptive teachers, able to apply the strategies of differentiated instruction and explicit teaching.
An ability to teach Mathematics across all year groups and at various ability levels from Years 7 to 12 is desirable. Suitable applicants should possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills which will be used to develop and promote the school’s values, ethos and priorities across the school community. They should build positive relationships with their students and be passionate about creating positive futures for students. They should be performance driven and use evidence based decision-making skills.
