
We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Support Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
Suitable applicants should be committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. They should be motivated, practical, hardworking, innovative and possess outstanding interpersonal skills.
Suitable applicants should pursue excellence in classroom teaching, in particular when working with students with high needs. Suitable applicants will ideally make student achievement the core of their work. Additionally, a positive attitude and an appetite for challenge are desired. You should also possess excellent classroom practice, focusing on innovation and classroom management based on positive partnerships between students, education assistants, teachers, and parents.
It would be advantageous for suitable applicants to have the ability to cope well with frequent unpredictability and flexible enough to adapt to the changing needs of the students. You should have a strong team spirit and ability to collaborate with all staff members.
