We are seeking to establish a pool of Deputy Principals for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

We are seeking Deputy Principals who will provide educational leadership in the school and the community by helping develop and promote the school values, ethos and priorities, and encouraging staff, volunteers from the community and others to share ownership of the school’s vision and goals. We highly value applicants who use effective change management strategies to assist the school community to accept and develop opportunities for improved service.

Suitable applicants will assist the school Principal to facilitate workforce effectiveness in leading and motivating staff in planning directed at improving outcomes for students and the level of service delivered by the school. They will contribute to developing the School Plan through participative decision-making, including assisting in developing policy, and establishing and maintaining systems.

Suitable applicants will play a key role in educational leadership in the school and the community by helping develop and promote the school values, ethos and priorities, and encouraging staff, volunteers from the community and others to share ownership of the school’s vision and goals.
