
We are seeking to establish a pool of Business Support Officer’s for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
The role of a Business Support Officer is diverse and undertakes administrative roles across all the corporate functions of the College which are essential to deliver high quality education and facilities. Experience in a high school setting with demonstratable expertise across a range of administrative roles and functions is desirable for this position.
Working alongside the Manager Corporate Services, Business Support Officers administer the College functions of: finance; human resources; student reporting; timetabling; enrolments; contracts; facility hire; coordination of casual relief; resources and assets management; and ad-hoc special projects.
Applicants deemed suitable through the recruitment process, may have the opportunity to develop skills across the breadth of the functions and criteria through a personalised development and growth strategy and varied role distribution.
Suitable applicants will ideally have excellent interpersonal skills to develop and strengthen strong relationships across the College and our broader community. Your proven ability to effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail will be highly regarded for this position.
Business Support Officers with skills allowing them to work across all administrative functions of a busy high school will be highly regarded. As a College that utilises technology to enhance the service delivery of business operations, experience in using spreadsheets, Word documents, dedicated systems and school management software is highly desirable.
