The Role

As a Student Support Officer, you’ll work within our comprehensive Lakeland Engagement Team (LET) to provide the very best in targeted support to our students most in need as part of our high care and support model.

We are seeking applicants who should have the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, delivering a high standard of evidence-based care to young people in a school context. The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, student and the wider school community in which we serve.

The applicant should ideally have some relevant experience in assisting with crisis management and response duties, as well as assisting in developing intervention strategies and support programs.
