Wanted: ICT Professionals with experience in Service Delivery to take the organisation to the next level in ICT Technology.

These are Permanent Full-Time positions; however Part Time arrangements may be considered. 

About the team/business unit 
Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) branch is responsible for managing the delivery of ICT services with three major areas of focus: governance of the agency’s data, technological systems, and applications; support and development of core ICT services; and management of key ICT suppliers on behalf of the agency. 

About the roles 
The Service Delivery Analyst contributes to the operational and administrative management of ICT functions delivered through a portfolio of suppliers and contracts, whilst providing pragmatic advice and consultancy to customers, stakeholders and service providers. The Service Delivery Analyst performs defined tasks to monitor service delivery against service level agreements and alignment with business expectations and sentiment.

Role Requirements 
To be successful in the Service Delivery Analyst role, in addition to the essential core requirements please demonstrate: 

  • An understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management. 
  • Sound understanding of a broad range of ICT technologies including infrastructure services, application support services, and project services. 
  • An effective communicator with the ability to tailor your communication style to suit your audience. 
  • Ability to effectively work with a broad range of key stakeholders and service providers ensuring the delivery of Landgate’s essential ICT services.
