Restorative Practices play a crucial role in teaching students how to resolve conflict appropriately, develop empathy, and consider different perspectives.
We prioritise predictability, starting each day with a structured routine that fosters stability for all students. Every class engages in mindful meditation at least once a day to support emotional well-being. Berry Street trauma-informed strategies are integrated school-wide. Our PBS STARS behaviour expectations guide interactions among students and staff. Above all, relationships are central to our philosophy.
