We are seeking to establish a pool of Primary Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Golden Bay Primary School (PS) proudly opened as an Independent Public School in 2015, catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. The Role

Suitable applicants will ideally exhibit highly developed interpersonal skills and the capacity to work cooperatively with all others to create a welcoming and vibrant environment for students and families. Applicants with sound curriculum knowledge and pedagogy that encompasses 'Critical and Creative Thinking' are highly desirable.

Suitable applicants should possess a strong capacity to plan challenging and engaging programs using an excellent understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum. A focus on early intervention and differentiated curriculum to meet each student at their point of need is a high priority.

Suitable applicants will ideally possess proficiency in current and effective teaching practice and be supportive of the school’s ethos, strategic goals, and directions. Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support, Zones of Regulation, Talk for Writing would be highly desirable. We are looking for applicants who display data informed practice to differentiate effectively, resulting in high levels of achievement and progress for all students.

The goals of this position are to provide outstanding care and be committed to exemplary teaching that nurtures students to reach their academic and creative potential.
