We are seeking to establish a pool of Teacher - Health and Physical Education (HPE) for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. The Role

We are seeking passionate and committed HPE teachers who foster high-quality, engaging, and evidence-based teaching practices that support students in developing lifelong physical, social and emotional wellbeing. Teachers who are energetic, student-centred, and committed to building strong relationships and maintaining high standards of care, safety, and academic rigour are encouraged to apply

Safety Bay SHS values teachers who understand the importance of building and fostering strong positive relationships with students to facilitate effective learning which assists in building an engaging learning environment.

The suitable applicants will join a dynamic and collaborative learning area that delivers a diverse and inclusive HPE program, including Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR), the Specialist Football Program, and Vocational Education and Training (VET) Certificates II and III in Sport Coaching, Outdoor Recreation, and Sport and Recreation.
