The Role
We are actively seeking a Primary Teacher with exceptional interpersonal skills, displaying a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. The successful applicant would promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset, while nurturing students' social and emotional development.
The successful applicant should possess a strong capacity to plan, present and assess challenging and engaging programs and have a sound understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum. You should ideally possess the professional knowledge, practices, and experience to deliver an engaging and relevant curriculum using a positive, student-focused approach and have success working with students across a range of ability levels, including multi-age/split year groups.
