The Role
East Kenwick Primary School (PS) is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic School Officer to join their team.
The successful applicant will provide assistance to the Manager Corporate Services and other members of the school administration team with maintaining school databases, records and management information systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
You will assist with student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages, particularly databases and word processing. A knowledge of RM Finance, RM Billing, HRMIS (Human Resources Management Information Systems), and Student Information System (SIS) would be desirable. East Kenwick will soon begin implementing Program Kaartdijin, the new online student information system (SIS) that will replace the current SIS application. The successful applicant will be involved with the rollout of this program at East Kenwick PS.
The successful applicant will ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff. You should have the skills to competently work independently without supervision or direction with an excellent focus on team work.

- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
