The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and organised School Officer to join our front office team and help support the operational aspects of our school. Your effective communication & organisation skills will be used to assist in the smooth running of the school office.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and will be responsible for assisting & providing advice to parents & staff. Your thorough knowledge of Departmental policies & systems such as Compass will be beneficial for the use of school databases, records, and management information systems.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal applicant will be a team player with a positive attitude, a passion for working in a team-oriented culture & a happy to help attitude.

- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
