This role will suit someone who is highly motivated, relationship-focused and passionate about creating exciting learning experiences to ignite a desire to learn for all students.

As a member of the teaching team at Carnarvon Community College, you will develop authentic and rich learning tasks, work with students to develop goals, apply a range of instruction and explicit teaching incorporating current and emerging technologies to meet the needs of our students.

Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at the school, with the remainder paid at the end of the school year. Staff must remain employed in the location until the end of the school year to be eligible to receive the second payment.

The temporary ARI payment is in addition to other incentives that may apply in this school.

Mobility appointments for permanent, metropolitan and south west teachers

Eligible permanent teachers who hold a substantive teaching position in a North or South Education Region school, or a South West Education Region school* may elect to undertake this role as a 3-year mobility appointment, with a right of return to their substantive position.  At the cessation of the 3-year mobility appointment, teachers can elect to return to their substantive role, or transfer permanently into this school.
