The Role
The Associate Manager Corporate Services (AMCS), in support of the Manager Corporate Services, provides strategic operational input across various areas, including Schools Financial Performance, Promotions and Public Relations, Human Resources, School and Student Administration, and the development of the school’s workforce and business plans. The AMCS assists in leading operational enhancements, financial planning, and strategic budgeting, ensuring the College’s environment remains well-resourced, well-maintained, and conducive to effective teaching and learning.
The AMCS will ideally have developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, process improvements and provide input to the development, implementation and monitoring of business and strategic plans. You will model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use excellent interpersonal and communications skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff.
As the AMCS, you will coordinate corporate services and operations by supporting and guiding the team, ensuring decisions are aligned with the school’s business targets, objectives, and customer service principles. You will design and implement procedures and processes to maintain financial integrity, accurate recording, compliance, and reporting requirements for the school’s business operations, all while focusing on the efficient use of available resources.
