
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officer’s for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As a School Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our school. Ideally, you will be experienced, have a friendly, positive and caring attitude; be self-motivated and organised.
Suitable applicants should possess attention to detail, initiative, the ability to meet deadlines and work well within a team environment and work autonomously. You should model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff.
Suitable applicants work as part of the office team in a busy and culturally diverse school environment. Our students, staff and the wider community are a priority for the school so liaising respectfully and positively, at all times, is an important aspect of the role.
As a School Officer, your duties will include assisting the Manager Corporate Services and Business Support Officer to maintain the financial processes and practices of the school; handling front desk inquiries and collaborating with staff on daily financial operations with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. A strong financial understanding in a school setting is highly desirable. Applicants with knowledge or experience with RM Finance, RM Billing, SIS, HRMIS data entry and familiarity with the Kaartdijin Project are encouraged to apply.
