This is a permanent full-time position commencing May 2025
The Examinations, Certification and Testing (ECT) Directorate oversees the logistics of key assessments in Western Australia, including ATAR exams, ESTs, NAPLAN, and OLNA. It develops online exam structures, supports moderation and measurement in Years 11 and 12, and ensures data integrity, timely reporting, and strong communication between schools and the Authority.
The Role
In this role, you will support the coordination of key examination processes by maintaining accurate records, processing payments and invoices, and assisting with the preparation of examination timetables. You will also be involved in the recruitment and payment of casual staff, help collate data for annual reporting, and prepare a range of confidential correspondence and reports.
Your responsibilities will include managing and monitoring administrative systems to support examination and certification processes, coordinating the production and despatch of exam materials, and ensuring the timely submission of data from schools and other providers. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, assist with venue bookings and meeting logistics, and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
