Your new
role
We are seeking enthusiastic
and suitably experienced Project Manager within the Human Resource
Management Information System (HRMIS) Rostering Team.
This is a Recruitment Pool
for Fixed Term Full Time appointments with the possibility of
extension(s). We currently have a Fixed Term Full Time appointment
for six months available with the possibility of
extension(s).
HRMIS
Program
The HRMIS Program will
replace WA Health's existing HR, payroll and rostering systems with
a contemporary integrated solution as part of a key recommendation
of the Sustainable Health Review and the WA Health Digital Strategy
2020-2030.
The new HR,
payroll, and rostering solution, called HRplus, will transform the
way pay, rosters and leave entitlements are processed for nearly
65,000 WA Health employees. The new solution will reduce many
manual processes and paper-based HR forms, while providing
employees with more options to securely access their payslips,
leave and roster information at any time, including from their own
devices.
Health Support Services
(HSS) is leading the implementation of the HRMIS Program in
partnership with all health service providers (HSPs) and other WA
Health entities.
Your new
role
As a member of the HRMIS
Project Team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing
a team of multidiscipline subject matter experts/ rostering
consultants
- Supporting and managing
the deployment of the HRplus scheduling solution across WA
Public Health System
- Managing
staff workloads
- Project/
program delivery experience in clinical settings

- As a
member of the HRMIS Project Team, you will be responsible for
leading a team of multidisciplinary subject matter experts and
rostering professionals, managing staff workloads, and
supporting the deployment of the HRplus scheduling solution
across the WA Public Health System. Given the complexity of
this role, particularly in clinical settings, please describe
your experience in leading teams, managing large-scale
rostering implementations, and overseeing program delivery in
healthcare or relevant environments. In addition, please
describe how you have successfully navigated challenges in
these areas, and what strategies you have employed to ensure
effective outcomes.
