Broome Senior High School has over 800 students and is located in one of WA's premier tourist locations. The success of our school is the result of the concerted efforts and unrelenting focus on student outcomes. Broome Senior High School offers a full range of academic subjects for students in all years, along with a variety of programs aimed to develop and/or engage the academic, social, creative, leadership and sporting talents of our students. This includes the establishment of an academic extension program for students entering high school from primary school. We currently retain close to 90 per cent of students from our cluster of primary schools.

The Role
The successful applicant will ideally have an excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage resources effectively and coordinate projects efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a background in trades or project management, showcasing technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with contractors, school staff, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. A proactive approach to maintenance, safety, and compliance is crucial for maintaining a productive and safe school environment. Please read the attached JDF for further information on the role.
