Strategic and External Relations are seeking to establish a pool of International Education Coordination Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2025 and up to the end of April, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
The School Curriculum and Standards Division provides administrative and secretariat services for, and implements the decisions of the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (the Authority). The Authority provides quality curriculum, assessment and standards to enable all Western Australian students to become confident, creative learners and active, informed citizens who contribute positively to society.
The Role
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing contracts for new and existing schools, coordinating school moderation processes, and handling invoicing and financial reconciliations. You will play a key part in responding to enquiries from international schools and stakeholders, offering expert advice and information to ensure smooth program operations. Additionally, you will coordinate venue bookings for meetings and training sessions, oversee human resource activities, and assist with confidential communications and reporting.
The successful applicants will also contribute to the program's future development by conducting research into international education trends and analysing data to inform service planning. Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to promoting the program's objectives.
