About the team/business unit
Information, Communications and Technology (ICT) branch is responsible for managing the delivery of ICT services with three major areas of focus: governance of the agency’s data, technological systems, and applications; support and development of core ICT services; and management of key ICT suppliers on behalf of the agency.
About the role
Senior Service Delivery Analyst Level 5
The Senior Service Delivery Analyst contributes to the operational management and performance of ICT functions delivered through a portfolio of suppliers and contracts, whilst providing pragmatic advice and consultancy to customers, stakeholders and service providers. The Senior Service Delivery Analyst collaborates with the wider ICT and business team to ensure that Landgate receives ICT services as agreed via service level agreements and contractual obligations. They ensure operational effectiveness with vendors, oversee operational processes and propose service improvements. The Senior Service Delivery Analyst also provides an operational escalation point for customers.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, please demonstrate:
- Sound understanding of a broad range of ICT technologies including infrastructure services, application support services and project services.
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and ensuring operational effectiveness, with the ability to oversee operational processes, propose service improvements and handle escalations.
- Competence in measuring and analysing service performance metrics with the ability to design, generate, and deliver operational reports that visualise vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in complex technology environments utilising ITIL frameworks.
