Your new role
Bring your skills, experience
and talent to our ICT Applications Data Management team as the
technical team leader of the data platform.
We currently have one full
time permanent position available within the Data Management
team.
WA Health is embarking on a
data transformation journey to deliver a modern, scalable
enterprise data platform that is cloud native and a secure by
design single source of truth.
The current technology stack
includes Snowflake, Microsoft, Oracle and Matillion solutions. The
Data Management team is responsible for the WA Health Data Platform
(WA HDP) and delivering optimised data warehousing services,
continuously developing and enhancing data ingestion pipelines, and
building data modelling capabilities to support the use and
analytics of quality data stores across WA Health.
As the Team Lead Data
Platform, you will lead the Data Platforms team, utilising your
extensive technical platform administration, SQL and data
engineering skills and experience to deliver new data ingestion
pipelines, optimise existing data ingestion pipelines and ensure
that cloud credit consumption is understood and managed.
You will also be required to
be on the on-call roster and complete ad-hoc scheduled out of hours
duties to ensure that our data platform services meet our customer
