- These roles are part of the People, Culture & Environment team and will work within each business unit, closely collaborating with senior leadership teams.
About the role
We’re looking for inspiring people who can:
- Partner with business unit General Managers and their leadership teams to deliver key workforce strategies aligned with business initiatives and organisational objectives.
- Identify and implement value adding People & Culture focused solutions and improvements within business units.
- Work with managers to equip them, through coaching, support and advice, to effectively manage their people in line with Landgate policies and strategy.
- Contribute to a positive working environment, building and strengthening employee inclusion and engagement.
- Work with the PC&E team to support business units in the performance review and performance improvement processes.
- Be actively involved in PC&E and culture improvement projects.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, please demonstrate:
- Experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: business partnering, change management, performance management, organisational development, coaching and mentoring, employee and/or industrial relations.
- You are approachable and responsive, and able to connect and communicate with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Practiced constructive engagement with leaders to support bringing the best out in their people.
- Previous experience being a supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources management or another relevant discipline would be beneficial.
