Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving business performance? The Arts and Culture Trust (ACT) is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for a key opportunity in an executive leadership position. This temporary appointment will provide experienced professionals with the chance to contribute to the strategic and operational leadership of ACT.
Instrumental in shaping the future direction of ACT, the Director Business Services will ensure operational excellence and foster a strong organisational culture. The appointed Director will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and operational success.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic corporate support plans aligned with the organisation's strategic plan and objectives. You will advise the Corporate Executive on performance and opportunities for improvement to foster a positive and high-performing workplace environment. In this role, you will guide a high-performing team across asset management, financial operations, information technology and people and culture, providing strategic insight on workplace trends and asset management to shape future planning. You will also champion Work Health & Safety (WHS) initiatives, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of safety while leading quality assurance services to drive continuous improvements across the organisation.
This is a 12-month, fixed term full time opportunity with the possibility of extension/s and/or permanency.
Please note: This position is currently undergoing a classification review through the Public Sector Commission of Western Australia. The final classification and remuneration may be subject to change.

A current Satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 6 months) will be required prior to commencing employment.
