
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
We are seeking School Officers with a positive attitude and a high level of initiative to join the team at our school. As School Officer you would be the first point of contact for our school and will be responsible for completing administrative duties in an efficient, friendly manner. Suitable applicants will possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school and to interact with parents and the wider community.
Suitable applicants should provide effective and accurate clerical and administrative support, including management of student information in Compass, supporting with nformation and Communications Technology and assisting with financial processing. As the school officer, you will assist the Manager Corporate Services and the school leadership team to ensure the school runs smoothly and achieves its goals of student achievement, progress and wellbeing.

- Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
