
This is a permanent, full-time position commencing Term 2, 2025.
The Largest Education Support School in Western Australia (WA), Durham Road School (DRS) caters for approximately 250 students, from Kindergarten through to Year 12.

The Role
We will consider a job share arrangement if we are unable to fill this position full-time and encourage job seekers looking for part-time work to apply.
Our First Aid Officer is the first and main point of contact for all first aid related matters in the school. If successful, you will care for our students welfare through providing first aid where required, attending events and school incursions where first aid may be required, refer students to the school nurse, school chaplain or school psychologist where requested, report and record injuries and illnesses that requires first aid, and coordinate with parents/guardians to collect sick or injured students and provide supervision until a parent/guardian arrives.
Succesful Applicants would also coordinate other first aiders within the school as a central point of contact and manage processes to ensure any first aid training is up to date, manage first aid costs within the school budget, and where required you may need to provide more general clerical and administrative support.
