
This is a 9 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 2, 2025 with possible extension.
Greenwood Primary School (PS) is located in the northern suburbs of Perth. Our school consists of three, purpose-built early childhood rooms, two transportables and ten classrooms divided into three teaching blocks. There is a library/resource building which includes a computer laboratory and an additional block containing an undercover area, music room, and an art, science, and languages room. A dental therapy unit is also located at the school.

The Role
The successful applicant will ideally be a passionate, motivated and skilled educator who is committed to improving emotional, social and academic outcomes within students. The capacity to develop effective relationships and focus on positive behavioural supports are critical components of teaching at Greenwood PS.
Capacity to plan challenging and engaging programs using an excellent understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum is highly valued. We are seeking an applicant who is innovative and possesses high quality teaching skills with an understanding of best practice teaching pedagogical methods. You will ideally be committed to ongoing professional growth and development, support current whole school processes and be a collegial, effective collaborator.
