The Role
Harrisdale SHS is seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and professional School Officer to join our Corporate Services Team.
The successful applicant will ideally have excellent focus on team work, self-motivation, initiative and model excellence in customer service delivery and administrative support. They will ideally have strong organisational skills and be able to deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a complex and fast paced environment.
The School Officer will ideally possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with our administrative team. Qualities such as a thorough knowledge of Department of Education databases, records management systems and financial knowledge to support the Manager of Corporate Services are highly desirable. The successful applicant ideally will have the skills and ability to support the administration and management of financial and human resources utilising SIS, RM Billing, RM Finance and HRMIS.

- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
