The Role
As a School Officer, you should have strong interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition which will enable you to successfully interact with our families as well as become an integral member of our office team. The successful applicant would ideally have experience in providing an effective customer service and ability to use computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets, and word processing, with Schools Information System (SIS), Compass, and MS Office being highly desirable.
This School Officer role will be enrolments focused and will provide accurate advice and support to parents and the leadership team, reporting to the Manager Corporate Services. This role will report on Census and requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently whilst juggling multiple priorities. This role requires the successful applicant to be flexible in order to respond to the needs of the College and will work in other areas including, but not limited to, Student Services and Reception.

- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
