The Role
As our Gardener-Handyperson, you will:
- Maintain and Present: Keep our school grounds and gardens clean, tidy, and inviting, ensuring a suitable growing environment for both soft and hard landscaping, including turf management.
- Tool and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all gardening tools and horticultural equipment are in top working condition.
- Advisory and Support Role: Provide valuable advice and support to the Manager Corporate Services regarding school grounds maintenance.
- Safe Work Practices: Perform all tasks using safe work practices and keep accurate gardening records.
To excel in this role, you should be confident in performing minor repairs and possess a solid knowledge of safe work practices to carry out your duties effectively.
