The Role
Bullsbrook College is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the school as Manager Corporate Services. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient management of administrative operations, financial resources, and frontline services, all aligned with the college’s strategic objectives.
The successful candidate would oversee school finances, including forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance with accounting standards. They should also directly manage Administration Officers, grounds, and cleaning staff while supporting Deputies with line management of Education Assistants, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the college.
As Manager Corporate Services, you will ideally work closely with the principal and leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, decision-making, and effective communication with stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are desirable, along with the ability to navigate change and build strong relationships within the school and wider community.
Additionally, you would be responsible for managing the school’s building and grounds program, including external facility agreements. This role ideally requires a forward-thinking approach to operational management, ensuring the college’s facilities are well-maintained and effectively utilised.
