The Role
The suitable applicants would work as part of a dedicated team and have the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to our school community. As the first point of contact for staff and students in our administration office you will ideally need to be organised, friendly and have the ability to prioritise tasks, assist and mentor other support staff and laisse with staff and students in the delivery of excellent office support. Experience with Schools Information System (SIS), Enrolments, Faults, Billing, Compass, and MS Office are highly desirable.
The suitable applicants would ideally have experience in providing an effective customer service and ability to use computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets, and word processing. It would be an advantage for the suitable applicant to have a willingness to take on new applications and processes. Having experience in media is desirable.
As the first point of contact for the school, you would provide accurate advice and support to parents, students and staff using your excellent communication skills. You would use your interpersonal expertise to develop trust, solve problems and provide feedback, to ensure our customer focused approach is relevant and contemporary.
