ICT HR Systems are seeking to establish a pool of Senior Systems Officers HR for fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2025 and up to the end of December 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The HR Systems Team is responsible for developing and maintaining the Department’s human resource management information system (HRMIS) and other HR systems. HRMIS executes the Department’s payroll and contains other human resources information and data for the total workforce. Users are assisted by the team in areas of system administration and 3rd level support, problem resolution, systems maintenance, enhancements and training.
The Role
The Senior Systems Officer will support the administration and management of the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS), including system security, configuration, and coordinating changes within designated change windows. Suitable applicants will configure modules to meet business requirements and contribute to change management processes.
Strong analytical skills will be essential in identifying system and process improvements, developing system changes, and implementing solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HRMIS.
Suitable applicants will also assist in diagnosing and resolving system application issues, working closely with team members, business owners and technical support providers to ensure seamless system performance.
