Osborne Primary School is an Independent Public School situated close to Perth city, catering for a large percentage of students from diverse multicultural, socio-economic and language backgrounds. The Role

With Osborne Primary School embarking on an exciting improvement journey implementing their new Business Plan for 2025 – 2027, the school is seeking an experienced and motivated full-time (no teaching role) Deputy Principal to join their team.

To develop a culture of continual improvement and growth, knowledge and experience in leading curriculum and quality teaching would be highly regarded. Ideally, the applicant will utilise proven coaching and instructional leadership skills to engage in open and honest professional dialogue with others to set high expectations and ensure the delivery of consistent, collaborative practices in teaching and learning.

Being an integral member of the school community, the motivated individual should possess highly effective interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider school community. As Deputy Principal, you would ensure that every student can grow academically, socially and emotionally.
