The Role
We are seeking a School Officer to join our team and provide exceptional administrative support to teaching blocks across the week to maximise time and being as equitable as possible. Teachers and teaching areas without any Education Assistant time will be provided the support first and foremost. Years 1 to 6 specialist teachers will be allocated specific time slots.
There will be times that the School Officer will be directed by their line manager to address whole school (K-6) tasks, for example student handover sheet, data entry, relief file updating, stock control, archiving. They may also be directed to support whole school activities including system assessments, parent interview management, minute taking in SSEN/SAER meetings.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
