The Role
We are seeking an experienced level 2 School Officer to join our corporate services team. The successful applicant should be professional, positive and friendly, with well-developed communication skills and work well in a team environment, show initiative and approach challenges with a growth mindset.
The successful applicant should ideally display strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, efficiently meet deadlines, work independently and with other school support staff to meet the needs of the school. The School Officer will ideally excel in the provision of general clerical and administrative tasks, displaying attention to detail in the accurate maintenance of school databases and the preparation of correspondence, and other materials. As a School Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our students, families, staff and community and as such, a strong focus on customer service is key to this role.
The successful applicant will assist with the day-to-day running of the front office, provide administrative support and assist the MCS with the daily financial management and processing. The successful applicant will coordinate financial tasks, including processing of electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment batches, invoicing, RM Billing receipting, purchase card reconciliation, purchasing and HRMIS processing. Ideally the successful applicant will be experienced in using Schools Information System (SIS) Administration, RM Billing, RM Finance, HRMIS, Faults Management and MS Office suite of programs.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
