We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

We are seeking dynamic and organised School Officers to join our team and help manage the financial and operational aspects of our school. The suitable applicant will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of the school, while also managing the school's assets and supporting administrative staff.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and will be responsible for providing advice to staff on travel, subsidies, and allowances and overseeing the operation of school databases, records, and management information systems including timetabling.

The suitable applicants will ideally be responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The suitable applicant will ideally be a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for working in a team-oriented culture.
