The Role
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and passionate School Officer to join our team in 2025 and project their vibrancy into our office setting.
The successful applicant should ideally have excellent customer service, meet deadlines and work well within a team environment. The successful applicant will ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service. Ideally, the successful applicant have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with the Principal, Manager Corporate Services, Teachers, Students and our school community. The successful applicant would also ideally have the skills to competently work independently without supervision an excellent focus on team work and communication.

- Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
