This is a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 2, 2025.
Yanchep Beach Primary School (PS) is an Independent Public School located at the heart of the coastal community of Yanchep, 60 kilometres north of Perth.
The school opened in January 2014 with 319 students and has grown rapidly to a total enrolment of 610 students at the commencement of 2025. The significant expansion of the school has provided the school with additional staff, resources and the opportunity to create new and exciting learning experiences for its students. Enrolments for Yanchep Beach PS are taken from within the school's local intake area. The Role
We are seeking a committed, innovative, and high performing Business Support Officer to fulfil the roles within our team.
The successful applicant will ideally assist the Manager Corporate Services in a range of business operations including but not limited to administration, human resources, financial and other business systems. As Business Support Officer you would provide effective training of support staff in business and administrative procedures and systems and will require an excellent working knowledge of relevant policies.
Suitable applicants will ideally be proficient in the use of relevant systems using a range of applications such as RM Finance, RM Billing, Compass Billing, Recruitment Management System, Human Resource Management System, School Information System, Kaartdijin or Compass, Flex purchase and Asset Manager as well as the MS Office suite of programs.
It is highly desirable that successful applicants can work under pressure with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, while effectively prioritising and meeting deadlines. Good interpersonal skills will be highly regarded and a willingness to be flexible and adapt to other roles within the school.
