
We are seeking to establish a pool of Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS) - Teachers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As a HASS Teacher, suitable applicants will be responsible for developing a safe, rewarding, and supportive learning environment for all students. Working in collaboration with other staff, suitable applicants will ideally have a strong understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum – including knowledge of how to plan, deliver, and assess engaging and relevant units of work relating to Humanities.
Suitable applicants should have the knowledge and skills necessary to apply a range of engaging teaching strategies and develop a positive classroom learning environment. Teachers at Belridge SC are dedicated and intrinsically motivated educators, who have the ability to develop and differentiate high quality teaching and learning programs to meet the needs of our students including Students at Educational Risk (SAER). The suitable applicant will ideally have an excellent working knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum and be able to teach students of varying ability levels across Years 7 to 12 in a highly engaging manner.
