The Role
What We’re Ideally Looking For:
- Passion and Professionalism: A highly professional and passionate educator eager to make a difference.
- Innovative Teaching: Ability to analyse learning areas and individual student data in Arts and Crafts to enhance student achievement and deepen subject knowledge.
- Experience and Skills: Familiarity with Whole School Instructional Models, Explicit Instruction methods, and a strong understanding of whole-school Literacy and Numeracy. Skills in supporting Students at Educational Risk (SAER) and extension classes are highly valued.
- Team Player: Willingness to contribute to the growth and development of each Learning Area.
