
We are seeking to establish a pool of Program Coordinators - Student Services for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2026. The Role
The Program Coordinator – Student Services plays a key role in supporting student wellbeing, pastoral care, and academic success across the school. Working as part of the Student Services leadership team, suitable applicants will collaborate with staff, students, parents, and the wider community to foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing pastoral care initiatives, implementing intervention and support processes, and coordinating student services programs. The role also involves supporting behaviour management strategies, course counselling, transition programs, assemblies, and parent engagement initiatives.
Suitable applicants will ideally have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build cohesive teams, communicate effectively, and manage student behaviour in alignment with the school’s values of care, respect, responsibility, and excellence. Experience in case management, data analysis, and the use of Compass software will be highly regarded.
