
We are seeking to establish a pool of cleaners for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Winterfold has a cosmopolitan student population containing at least 18 different nationalities all culminating to create a wonderful diversity of cultures. The school and the local community share a very healthy and harmonious relationship with all school events being well patronised by parents.
Winterfold Primary School is situated on a large site, where the students have plenty of room to play. There are four teaching blocks; a purpose built Visual Arts Centre, Performance Art Centre, library, staffroom, undercover area and an onsite child care facility. Our students have a choice of two playgrounds and a Nature Play area in addition to two large ovals.

The Role
Suitable applicants will carry out internal cleaning duties, including the maintenance of carpets and hard floor surfaces, toilet cleaning, furniture and fittings, window cleaning, dusting and rubbish removal. They will perform external cleaning duties, including the cleaning of verandas and covered areas, rubbish removal, cleaning of drinking troughs, window cleaning and rubbish removal. They will complete vacation cleaning duties, including the stripping and sealing of vinyl floors, window cleaning, shampooing of carpets, pressure cleaning of verandas and undercover areas, and other such duties as required by the Cleaner-in-Charge.
