The Role

In addition to the core Education Support role, an arts component is incorporated to help support and engage children with special needs. As a passionate teacher, you will lead these arts-based activities to enhance learning and foster communication, self-expression, and confidence while helping students develop the skills necessary for their future independence and success.

Eligibility
To work with us, you must:
- hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
- consent to and obtain a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit.
In the first instance, only applicants with teaching qualifications will be considered. Where there are no suitable applicants with teaching qualifications, applicants without teaching qualifications may be considered.
