The Role
The Associated Manager Corporate Services assists the Manager Corporate Services with the Schools Financial Performance, Promotions and Public Relations, Human Resources, School and Student Administration and strategic operational input to the development of the school’s workforce and business plans. The AMCS assists the Manager Corporate Services to lead operational enhancement, financial planning, strategic budgeting and ensures our college environment continues to be a well-resourced, well maintained and an engaging environment for teaching and learning.
The AMCS will ideally have developed conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, process improvements, problems and solutions and the ability to provide input to the development, implementation and monitoring of business and strategic plans. You will model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use excellent interpersonal and communications skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff.
As the AMCS you will coordinate the provision of corporate services and operations by supporting and guiding the team. Your decisions will be aligned with school business targets and objectives and customer service principles and practices. Ideally, you will design and implement procedures and processes which ensure financial integrity, recording, compliance, and reporting requirements of the school business operations while focusing on the efficiency of available resources.
